Many people working in the film and TV industry have seen first-hand how long hours and lack of rest affects wellbeing and we need to think of ways to change this.

The Film and TV Charity’s Looking Glass survey has highlighted that the long hours UK crews spend on set has a big impact on mental health.

Crew need time to rest and recharge – especially on the busiest productions – and they can add more value to a production when they’re not exhausted or feeling burnt out.
